Q I have a football team coming over. Can you provide us with transport around the island while we are there?
A Sure. We have special rates for transfers within the island. If you want transport to and from your hotel for an evening out we can provide that. To and from sports venues is no problem either.

Q How about changing money?
A Coming from the UK you don’t have to. The official currency is sterling and we produce our own banknotes, which circulate alongside UK ones. Changing foreign currency is easy at any bank or bureau de change. Guernsey notes and coinage are not accepted in UK or continental outlets but banks will change them.

Q When is the best time to come?
A Guernsey is open all year round but the main season starts at Easter (March/April) and runs through until October. The warmest time is generally July and August but it is also busier then. For lovers of nature and birdwatching Spring can be the best time as flowers bloom and the island looks lush from its annual winter dousing of rain.
